1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Obin Academy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.
3. Campus Memberships & Payments
Campus memberships are paid via MTN or Airtel Mobile Money, monthly (30 days of access) or yearly (twelve months of access). Once payment is confirmed, your access opens immediately. Memberships never renew automatically: you are reminded before your access ends and choose whether to pay again. Prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) before you pay.
4. Campus Content
Campus lessons, guides and live classes are provided by Obin Academy and its professors for your personal learning. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempt to circumvent payment or access controls, or share your campus access with people who haven't paid for it.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of paying if you were charged in error.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Obin Academy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
